Rafiqi ("we", "our", "the App") is an educational app that helps primary-school students in Egypt (grades 3–4) practice their official school curriculum. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is protected, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
Rafiqi is designed for use by children aged approximately 8–12. We ask that a parent or guardian review this policy and be involved in creating the student's account.

We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos/camera access, or payment card details through the app at this time.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security safeguards and do not use it for their own advertising purposes.
We retain account and progress data for as long as the account is active. A parent or guardian may request deletion of a student's account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

Passwords are stored encrypted. Access to student data is restricted to systems and personnel that need it to operate the app. We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest.

رفيقي ("نحن"، "التطبيق") هو تطبيق تعليمي يساعد طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية في مصر (الصفين الثالث والرابع) على مذاكرة المنهج الدراسي الرسمي. توضح هذه السياسة ما هي المعلومات التي نجمعها، ولماذا، وكيف يتم حمايتها، بما يتوافق مع قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020.
تم تصميم رفيقي للاستخدام من قبل أطفال تتراوح أعمارهم بين 8 و12 عامًا تقريبًا. نطلب من ولي الأمر مراجعة هذه السياسة والمشاركة في إنشاء حساب الطالب.

نحن لا نجمع عن قصد الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق، أو جهات الاتصال، أو الصور/الوصول للكاميرا، أو بيانات بطاقات الدفع عبر التطبيق حاليًا.

تقوم هذه الجهات بمعالجة البيانات نيابة عنا وفق إجراءات الحماية الخاصة بها، ولا تستخدمها لأغراضها الإعلانية الخاصة.
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والتقدم طالما كان الحساب نشطًا. يمكن لولي الأمر طلب حذف حساب الطالب والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت (انظر القسم 7).
نظرًا لأن مستخدمي رفيقي هم في الغالب أطفال، نشجّع ولي الأمر على:
نحن لا نستخدم عن قصد بيانات الأطفال لأغراض إعلانية من جهات خارجية، ولا نبيعها لأي طرف.
يتم تخزين كلمات المرور بشكل مشفّر. الوصول إلى بيانات الطلاب مقصور على الأنظمة والموظفين الذين يحتاجونها لتشغيل التطبيق. نستخدم ممارسات أمان معيارية لحماية البيانات أثناء النقل والتخزين.
